You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

*Customer is responsible for returned items shipping fees.

It takes 5 to 7 days for us to create your item and another few days for the item to be shipped and delivered. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If there will be significant delay we will try our best to contact you directly or Telephone.
