But....the color is not actually as "pink" as the color looks on line. It's more of a red/pink. Still, very soft.

I like this flannel, I really do. This is my fourth flannel purchase, but the first one that required me to contact the company. It's been at least a week, and I have not yet received a reply. This particular flannel became quite puckered when I washed it (cold, and hung to dry) under the artwork on the back. It also came unsewed in several spots, which surprised me, and had me look over the other three flannels to see if they had these same defects. They did not. So I emailed customer service to ask what they wanted me to do, and because I have had no response, I will remove the art and sew it back on, thus repairing the pucker and the faulty stitching. This won't be a problem as I sew quite a bit, but it is disappointing that I need to do it. I will be hesitant to order another flannel now, and I don't like that I have this negative feeling lurking in my head because (as I said) my other three flannels are just fine.
