I feel the price for your product is a little out of line. The cap is fine and the gimmick as well but upon receipt I can’t see much difference in the lesser priced similar.
I received an email on 7/31/23 that my hat was shipping. On 8/10/23 I emailed Angry Minnow to ask where my shipment was because every time I tried to track it on the USPS site it said they were still waiting to receive the order. Ron emailed me back later that same day on 7/10/23. He said that it would be shipped on 7/10/23 or 7/11/23. It shipped on 7/11/23 and I got it today 7/14/23. The hat is cool…that’s why I ordered it. The wait from 7/31/23 until 8/10/23 spent wondering where my item was sucked!
I sent this as a gift and the recipient was very satisfied.
I love the actual product but a couple of other things were weird when it came to shipping. The way yall do your shipping labels is misleading, even this email says you fulfilled our order 16 days ago, nope received product 6 days ago. After i received my first email saying the label had been printed and gave me tracking info, i assumed it was in route. I finally had to email yall 10 days later and ask why there was no tracking info associated with the number and you explained it was a pre-order, i get that, but don't send me tracking info unless it is actually in the mail. I have had enough horrible shipping experiences that i think my package is lost again.
