How the Wholesale Program Works
1. Submit your application. Tell us about your business, location, and the products you want to carry.
2. We review your account. We confirm whether your shop is a fit for wholesale access.
3. Your Shopify B2B account is created. Once approved, we add your business as a company in Shopify and assign your wholesale catalog.
4. You receive your login invite. You will get an email invite to access your account.
5. Shop with wholesale pricing. Once logged in, you can view eligible wholesale products and pricing directly on our website.
6. Place a prepaid order. Orders start at a $300 minimum. Your card is charged as the order ships.

Approved Angry Minnow wholesale customers receive wholesale pricing (50% off hats, tees, and hoodies; 40% off select flannels), online ordering through Shopify B2B, prepack size runs, account-based pricing when logged in, free shipping on orders over $500, and a simple reorder process for repeat buyers.
*Please note: Most of our signature flannels are produced in limited runs and sell out quickly. Because we cannot guarantee the inventory and complete size runs required for wholesale orders, these styles are not eligible for wholesale. Select flannels may occasionally be offered when inventory allows.

All applications are reviewed by Angry Minnow before wholesale access is approved.
Wholesale Terms
Wholesale access is available to approved business customers within the continental US only.
Pricing: 50% off hats, tees, and hoodies; 40% off select flannels, subject to full size-run availability (S–2XL).
Minimum opening and reorder amount is $300. Free shipping on orders over $500; otherwise shipping is paid by the customer.
Tees, hoodies, and flannels ship in size-run prepacks (S–2XL). Hats are encouraged in packs but can be ordered as singles — order whatever mix works for your shop, as long as the total meets the $300 minimum.
The core line is available year-round; flannels are offered based on availability.
Orders are prepaid — your card is charged as the order ships. Out-of-stock items are flagged and shipped when they become available. Flannel stock is limited, so if a pack is available, we recommend buying it.
Returns are the responsibility of the retailer unless goods arrive damaged. Damaged goods are replaced at no cost or credited toward your next order.
